Ingredients

  • 1 potato cubed
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 salt
  • 1 cup water

Method

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 170C.
  • Step 2
    Steam potatoes in microwave safe dish in microwave with water for 6 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Drain out water using a colander or strainer, while the potatoes are in this strainer, swirl them around and shake them to mix.
  • Step 4
    Place in a greased oven dish, drizzle olive oil over them and sprinkle with salt.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning 3 times during cooking until cooked through.
Recipe Notes
For best results when steaming, use a container that has a lid with a release valve for reheating/steaming and a rack at the bottom for potatoes to sit out of the water.
