This is a very delicious and simple dessert.
Ingredients
- 300 ml cream
- 300 ml milk
- 150 g dark chocolate chips
- 15 g gelatine powder
Method

Step 1Place cream and milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring.

Step 2Remove from heat, stir through chocolate until completely dissolved.

Step 3Stir through gelatine.

Step 4Pour into a mould or bowl, refrigerate until set.
Recipe Notes
Serve with icecream or whipped cream and chocolate flake or Cointreau marinated strawberries.
