A nice and easy recipe for chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients
- 125g butter melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour sifted
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 100g milk chocolate chips
- 100g coconut
Method

Step 1Melt butter, then add to sugar and sifted flour.

Step 2Beat egg and add to mixture.

Step 3Add chocolate chips (as many as you like).

Step 4Form mixture into small balls, roll in the coconut and then press with a fork onto a greased tray.

Step 5Bake at 180C until golden brown for approximately 15 minutes.
Recipe Notes
You can add more choc chips and coconut if you prefer.
