This is very nice in-between a chocolate melting moment.
Ingredients
- 175 g butter
- 1 cup soft brown sugar
- 1 tbs soft brown sugar as desired
- 1 egg yolks
- 1 tbs milk
- 1 tbs cocoa powder
- 100 g dark chocolate cooled melted
Method

Step 1In a large bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients and keep beating until light and thick.

Step 3Refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.
