A very simple chicken dish with lots of flavour. A perfect meal to prepare when time is short.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet cut into pieces
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 150 g snow peas cut diagonally
- 1/2 cup toasted cashews
- 1 tbs honey
- 2 tbs kecap manis
Method

Step 1Heat wok until very hot and add sesame oil, swirling around pan to coat sides.

Step 2Add chicken and stir fry until cooked and brown.

Step 3Add snow peas and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4Add cashews, honey and kecap manis and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.

Step 5Serve with rice or noodles.
