Amazing beef casserole-style dish, sweet and just irresistible!
Ingredients
- 500g beef chuck steak cubed
- 2 tbs plain flour
- 4 tbs tomato sauce
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard powder large
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 tbs water as desired
Method

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients and flour meat.

Step 2Put meat in casserole dish and pour over all other ingredients. Mix well.

Step 3Cook at 180C for 2½ hours, stirring occasionally.

- 1 casserole dish

Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans or broccoli.
