Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 punnet fresh blueberries
  • 1 egg whites lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp icing sugar

Method

  • Step 1
    Cut pastry sheets in half.
  • Step 2
    Lay 2 halves on a lined baking tray and top with blueberries.
  • Step 3
    Using the other 2 sheets cover and fold sides in.
  • Step 4
    Gently cut a slit on top and brush with egg white.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 180C for about 20 minutes or until light and golden.
  • Step 6
    Top with sifted icing sugar.
Recipe Notes
Raspberries or chopped strawberries may also be used. Serve with a nice coffee; cappuccino or latte.
