Quick and easy to make when you are having friends over.
Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 punnet fresh blueberries
- 1 egg whites lightly beaten
- 1 tsp icing sugar
Method

Step 1Cut pastry sheets in half.

Step 2Lay 2 halves on a lined baking tray and top with blueberries.

Step 3Using the other 2 sheets cover and fold sides in.

Step 4Gently cut a slit on top and brush with egg white.

Step 5Bake at 180C for about 20 minutes or until light and golden.

Step 6Top with sifted icing sugar.
Recipe Notes
Raspberries or chopped strawberries may also be used.
Serve with a nice coffee; cappuccino or latte.
