Quick to prepare and easily adaptable for a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 onions sliced
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs white vinegar
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbs honey
Method

Step 1Trim fat from pork and place in ovenproof dish.

Step 2Arrange sliced onions over meat.

Step 3Combine rest of the ingredients and pour over meat and onions.

Step 4Cover and bake at 180C for 1 hour

Step 5Remove lid for the last 15 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Check after 30 minutes to make sure it's still saucy and add a little more water if necessary.
If using a slow cooker reduce or omit water and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
