Ingredients

  • 1 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 egg lightly beaten
  • 3 tbs oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 banana large mashed
  • 1 cup cinnamon sugar

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 170C.
  • Step 2
    Sift flours and baking powder into a large bowl. Add wholemeal flour husks to the bowl.

    Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
  • Step 4
    Combine eggs, milk and oil and mix into the flour along with the banana.
  • Step 5
    Spread mixture into a medium loaf pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for 50-60 minutes.
