Another banana bread variation.
Ingredients
- 1 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 egg lightly beaten
- 3 tbs oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 banana large mashed
- 1 cup cinnamon sugar

Step 1Preheat oven to 170C.

Step 2Sift flours and baking powder into a large bowl. Add wholemeal flour husks to the bowl.

Step 3Stir in sugar and cinnamon.

Step 4Combine eggs, milk and oil and mix into the flour along with the banana.

Step 5Spread mixture into a medium loaf pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for 50-60 minutes.
