A tasty and easy slice that is delicious hot or cold. A great snack for the kids lunch box too.
Ingredients
- 4 bacon rashers, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tbs plain flour
- 5 eggs
- 400g canned corn
- 1 tsp mixed herbs

Step 1Fry bacon.

Step 2Whisk flour, eggs and milk in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well

Step 3Pour into a lightly greased oven dish.

Step 4Cook 180C for 40 minutes or until set and golden.
