So easy and so tasty.
Ingredients
- 340 g buttercake cake mix
- 1 cup coconut
- 125 g butter
- 425 g canned apple
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch caster sugar
- 300 g sour cream
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch brown sugar
Method

Step 1Mix cake mix and coconut together then add melted butter.

Step 2Press mixture into 2 medium biscuit pans.

Step 3Cook for 10-15 minutes at 180C. Allow to cool.

Step 4Open apples, spread over the base and squeeze a little lemon juice over.

Step 5Beat egg with pinch of caster sugar then add sour cream and beat lightly. Pour over apple and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.

Step 6Bake a further 30 minutes or until set.
