Sweet finger food.
Ingredients
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs honey
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tbs fresh ginger
Method

Step 1Combine all ingredients except ribs in a large pan, and mix well.

Step 2Add ribs to the mixture.

Step 3Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered.

Step 4Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Step 5Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, covered.

Step 6Cook on a BBQ for around 15 minutes or so, brushing with marinade during cooking.
