An advent calendar of cheese exists and you need it now

Forget the daggy chocolate calendar, the people of 12 Days of Cheese have created an advent calendar featuring 12 different cheeses.

Working with a cheesemonger, the selection of premium cheeses has been curated with a mix of blues, creamy and hard cheeses.

Some of the cheeses include Mon Pere Brie (a soft cheese with notes of mushroom), Will Studd Brillat Savarin ­(a triple-cream cheese with a creamy centre), Marcel Petite Comte (a hard cow’s milk cheese) and more. We suggest you brush up on your French!

Each box is made to order for that extra touch of elegance and is complete with tasting summaries of each of the cheeses.

Setting you back a cool $196.50 plus $20 delivery, it’s certainly a gift for the die-hard lovers of cheese.
